Stunning modern space with great use of space! Wish we stayed longer to fully utilize the kitchen. Courtyard with pear tree is perfect for breakfast. Fire pit would be great for evening relaxation. Affordable option for two people and shorter stays. Amazing location just streets away from the beach. Well-kept and clean cottage with all necessary amenities. Reliable wifi and TV with streaming options. Lovely outdoor area. Nearby access to hotels, shops, and recreational activities like hiking, canoeing, fishing, and golf. Including pet-friendly policy and no smoking. Already booked our next stay! 10/10

The apartment was well-thought out and tastefully decorated, making it a cosy and comfortable space. the bed was very comfortable and the shower was a good size. We also enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the harbour, as well as the convenience of being close to hotels and shops.
There were a couple of things that could have been improved. the lack of soundproofing on the doors and windows meant that outside noise, particularly from the road and nearby bus stop, was quite noticeable.

The cottage itself had a lovely design and was very clean. It had a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of plates, glasses, and pans. The patio outside was a nice addition, perfect for enjoying the weather. The location was great, only a short walk to the beach and the town. the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The lack of disabled access in certain areas. Despite being told it was disabled-friendly, there was a steep incline from the pavement that made it difficult for those with mobility issues.

We had a lovely stay at Pear Tree Cottage! The cottage was clean and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. The patio was a nice bonus, and the location was just a short walk to the beach. Despite some minor issues with the shower pressure and lack of a towel rail, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I would recommend this cottage for a relaxing getaway.

The location of this cottage is great, just a short walk to the beautiful beach and close to hotels and shops. The bed in the cottage is very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Additionally, the kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.
The lack of soundproofing in the doors and windows allows outside noise to be quite noticeable, which can be bothersome at times.
